Other Ministries

1. Family Bible Hour

   
   One important ministry at our church is our Sunday School Ministry or Family Bible Hour which is held each Sunday morning from 9:00 am – 10:00 am.  We hold classes for various age groups . . . there are six classes for children, that are held in selected classrooms on our premises, and two adult classes which are held inside the sanctuary.
   
   The age groups are as follows:
   

   Children
   
   • Nursery (0 - 2 years)
     
   • Beginners (3 - 5 years)
     
   • Primary (6 – 8 years)
     
   • Juniors (9 - 12 years)
     
   • Intermediates/Junior High (13 - 15 years)
     
   • Senior High (16 - 18 years)
   Adults
   
   • Careers & College group (19 - 25 years)
     
   • Adult group (older than 25 years)

   Family Bible Hour provides interesting lessons from the Bible that enables both EBC members and visitors alike to participate in learning Bible truths. They also engage in lively discussions regarding the application of these truths to the everyday life. In the children's classes, students are also given scripture to memorize. Lessons for Family Bible Hour are taught from books published by the Regular Baptist Press (USA).

2. Visitation And Soul Winning
   
   Our Visitation and Soul Winning ministry provides opportunity for our members to go out in small groups and witness to others about Jesus Christ.
   
   We meet every Saturday morning at 10:00 am and visit shopping malls, plazas, and other places where most persons are to likely to be found. We also visit the addresses of the visitors to our church, who had indicated on our visitor card that they would appreciate our visit.
   
   For each person we meet, we inquire about his/her spiritual state, speak about God, answer questions, and offer encouragement, and prayer. We also distribute gospel tracts.

3. Counselling Ministry
   

   Our Counselling Ministry provides personal and professional counselling services to members and non-members of our church. Each person requiring counsel has the choice to confide in either a male or female Counsellor who is trained to provide sound, unbiased advice, and Biblical guidance.

   It is our goal to work with you and to help you heal so that you may become the complete and joyous individual God created you to be.

   
   

   We also offer resources, encouragement, and godly counsel to:
   

   • Assist you overcome issues such as abuse, addiction, depression, and stress.
     
   • Help you resolve conflict.
     
   • Provide comfort and hope in times of unemployment, illness, and grief.
     
   • Strengthen your relationships with your spouse, others, and with God.
     
   • Prepare you for marriage . . . and much more!
